www.integratedcarepartnership.co.ukFitznells Manor and the Old Cottage Hospital surgeries form the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). ICP currently consists of fifteen GP partners who employ approximately sixty members of staff and are responsible for the care of 24,800 patients.
ICP offers a range of services over and above those normally delivered in primary care. Full details of these services are available in the surgery and on this website. Our GP's continue to see their patients at their local practice; however, some specialist clinics now take place at one rather than both sites.
