The ICP provides a significant number of services for our patients. We provide all the services you would expect from General Practice and these are supplemented by a wide range of out-patient clinics, diagnostic tests & other more traditionally hospital-based services.
Many of ICP's additional services are provided from Epsom Day Surgery Unit which is located on The Old Cottage Hospital site.
Epsom Day Surgery Unit is part of Epsomedical which is an independent hospitals group. The Partners of ICP are also shareholders in Epsomedical.
A significant number of the Partners and a small number of staff members are shareholders in Edics ( Epsom Downs Integrated Care Services ). For further information about Edics - click on the link below.

Patient Participation and Feedback
We would like to involve our patients more in the decisions we make by sharing ideas and receiving feedback - please read the News page to learn more and if you want to take part - click on the link below :
Repeat prescriptions are a significant part of our workload, with over 1,500 being signed each week. Accuracy is key and with this in mind we are unable to accept them over the telephone so please bring requests into the surgery or send/fax them.
Repeat prescriptions are also now available on line (only at The Old Cottage Hospital & Fitznells Surgeries) - for further information about this service click the link below.

Between our 4 sites the ICP provides over 1,600 GP appointments each week and over 600 nursing appointments as well as a wide range of appointments for our more specialist services.
The vast majority of these appointments can be booked using the Practice's main number

However, patients making appointments for Stoneleigh Medical Centre must use 020 8786 7744 and for Cox Lane Surgery 020 8391 4859

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) has been working with the practice to identify areas of our services where we could improve.
As a result of this work an action plan has been drawn up.
