Our Nursing Team consists of nine practice nurses, five health care assistants and an administrator. Our nurses will provide treatment in conjunction with your GP, or independently as appropriate and according to practice policy and protocols.
Nursing Service
General nursing appointments are available every morning and some afternoons at The Old Cottage Hospital & Fitznells Manor sites.
The Longmead Surgery offers nursing appointments on Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Friday mornings and the Kingston Road Surgery offers nursing appointments on Wednesday and alternate Friday mornings.
We also offer appointments on the day, subject to availability.
Our general nurses and health care assistants offer a wide range of patient services including Blood Pressure Checks, Blood Tests, ECG's, Wound Care, Stitch Removal, Injections, Ear Syringing.
